- No trading, splitting (only ffa) or rwting (may request to withdraw profits, for me to conduct such transactions).
- May request for profits to be withdrawn & sent through any available payment method (Edgar initially mentioned he had no way of withdrawing to his currency due to being underage and would therefore hold osrsgp or ask me to store such in crypto).
- Any 50m+ or "High value" drop would commission a 30%, which I (FDP - pituitary) store or withdraw as wanted.
- No botting or use of AHK (any boosting required would be distributed between Edgar and I).
- Cannot disable or alter discord - webhook - notification related plugins (DINK, Discord Notifier, El discord, Idle notifier, Chat notifications).

OTHER: Due to me (FDP - Pituitary) botting - boosting on the account to speed-up the levelling process at Edgars request i made it clear account wouldn't hold any considerable amount of wealth until at least ~5 days had passed.

* Also giving Edgar the option of, assuming the risks, accepting a no refund in case of ban deal in exchange for the gold & scythe to be available on the account before May 30th.

Spoiler: Chronology (for context - EXTRA LONG)

1. Edgar creates a ticket to sell his account through my cybergold sponsor ticketing system.
2. Me (FDP - Pituitary - Pringles *display name which i have in cybergold server) & Hashiro#8991 UID 842642414191116288 did the intake on his account, asking for personal information & account recovery info, IP test-check, etc.
3. 2-5 weeks of absence from Edgar with a message here and there to follow-up, he was unsure on selling the account, claimed his pc broke & had to replace etc.
4. We finally discuss last details, make a few voice calls & i take ownership of his 07 & email account, a price is proposed, which he accepts ($130-150 usd after account sale) and i proceed to post.
5. Less than a week goes by and someone purchases the account (this person has already been refunded the final sell price - ~$230), edgar is paid in 07gp once everything is confirmed, we talk a few minutes about his plans for the inmediate future & he mentions planning to buy a "Scythe of Vitur" to raid - tob and farm gold.
6. After some discussing we ended up agreeing that i'd lend him my account, under the Terms mentioned previously and that for safety i'll hold his "Scythe of Vitur" in one of my mules while my account was raids ready. Nothing was agreed initially about me financing any of the gear.
7. We boost account until raids ready (May 29 - 30th), at his request me botting it and agreeing to provide an additional ~ 275M 07 for bowfa, etc.
8. Edgar insists on calling me and once in the call repetitively inisists that i give the account the "Scythe of Vitur" & ~ 275M 07 gold, i do so & buy al the gear needed, him once again confirming he agrees to the Terms in place.
9. Day after (may 30th) 9 AM PST i update him with the very last pending progress & let him know i logged out of the account, all value was in the account at that time ~800M. He, based on his school schedule gets out by 11:00 AM PST, according to the webhook & discord notifier plugins, gets in the account around that time and plays / logs in-out etc.
10. !5 - 25 minutes after he seems to be getting failed login requests to the account (Someone is already logged in, please...) he messages me and lets me know he cannot log-in. I, after taking his word on the error being (Too many login attempts...) tell him to wait on it as its a server error and to go play his Ironman account. Subsequently i attempt to log into the account and see the error it's giving is (Someone is already logged in, please...), instantly go onto the runescape website, change password, enable 2fa and end sessions, and attempt to login again with success, realizing account is at lumbridge bank and with only untradeable items, check bank and theres none of the ~800M remaining account had.
11. Me, connecting the dots and also being partially distracted as i was working at this time, blame him for this and make him fully liable for it, to which he responded contacting my ex team-mate "dei1, UID: 896096173134340107" and members of the clan he was going to raid in about the situation.
*I decided to demote dei1 from his supervisor position as he didn't collaborate with screenshots i requested from his private DM's with Edgar.
12. We discuss as soon as i am actually available and, blaming each other for the events, uncapable of agreeing in anything. Do keep in mind i own this account and just days before sold his account, scamming a ~560m item can only bring me harm & only the two of us had the account login information.
Me realizing the pointless situation i am in i stop arguing and leave the call, contact the clan leader and in an attempt to enable him to understand the situation i in good faith stream him my recent discord converstaions, some accounts information & crypto most recent transactions.
*(I had been attempting and investing into part-taking with this raiding 07 clan for mutual benefit and financial profit.)
*I have thoroughly checked my computer, google drive integrity and private files confirming that everything is secure and there has been no breach - leak, yet cannot discard external plugins being the issue, as devious was used from both's end & multiple plugin repositories AND other people in same communities reported being hacked here and there. None of my mules, multiple holding hundreds of mills of 07gp were hacked, only difference besides not being shared is they werent saved within the "open-osrs/plugin-hosting" better profiles external plugin.
13. An hour or two later, my ex-teammate "dei1, UID: 896096173134340107" tells me he cannot login into the other account of mine he had been using to raid - goldfarm, i inmediately proceed to change password, end active sessions & enable 2fa, attempt to log-in and find the account at varrock square with ~615M (mine as gear & account in this case were all mine). This leads me to suspect of the clan owner being the possible hijacker of this last account.
Nexday and after giving it more thought I decide to ban every high-rank of the clan from my discord server.
14. Later on that same May 30th i have a call with dei1 & Edgar to try to come up with something, unsuccessfully i make a last offer to Edgar, in which he'd be allowed to, after fresh installing his windows, provide boosting & account building services without comissioning for me until he earned the total lost amount of ~560m, however making it very clear any suspicious behaviour would result in termination, as there was no evidence that could justify me refunding his lost scythe. He accepts & we proceed to do the installation, leaving it downloading - updating when i go to sleep (i was via remote connection doing the majority of the process).
*Throughout this call Edgar revealed to me he actually could withdraw, and had previously done so, to his currency.
15. The day after, Saturday 31st I received a message (the one from "Proof of contacting seller") mentioning he recovered the account and wouldn't give back until i refunded his scythe. Since this could once again, only bring me harm, as he by now has proved how far he's willing to go, the lack of sincerity per our last conversation and lenghtly call (i have 1h+ recorded of this -in spanish), I flamed him and decided to ignore while attempting to recover the account, deem'd unrecoverable after 2 failed attempts and refunded the buyer.
*Any claim made here can be proven and backed up with solid evidence if ever necessary.

TL : DR
I processed & sold Edgar's account, lent him mine & agreed to cover part of the gear for raids and trade the wealth after a resting period due to botting, he pushed this date to same day botting ended & account was hacked, all on all surrounded by suspicious activity.
Didn't refund Edgar & he recovered the recently sold account.​
