High Pardon Request ( Partner Scammed)

Im sorry, that my post is such a huge wall of text, but I wanted to cover everything in it and got a bit carried away.

Anyhow, thank you for taking the time to read this.

About 4 months ago, my partner, Sythe name : Luke, Scammed someone 270Mill. Me and him had a service for 3 months, and had really started trusting each other, and so this came as a massive shock to me. I obviously asked him hundreds of times, wether this was true or not, and he denied it each time. I somehow was convinced that he was not lying. Later, when the mods were investigating this, they found out that he was a ban vader, which he agreed to and was banned. this was the last I heard of him. But the mods took a look into my account and I was found guilty of self vouching and was banned for 3 months.

Later, In those 3 months, I was hacked and looted for 850Mill. So after the ban was removed, I can back to sythe, hoping to earn back the money I had earned those many months ago. I set up a thread, had a mod, unlock my vouch thread and deleted every self vouch, and asked the mod to delete the actual vouch post as well, so as to start new, without any thing to get me banned. Then I tried to look for a trustworthy partner again, and found one. He had me investigated, and the mods found out about Luke, and had me banned, since my partner scammed.

I am dead honest when I say this, When we actually set up the partnership, around 6-7 months ago I think, I remember pressing ctrl+F and searching for any rules regarding to partners or skilling partnerships and found none, and so thought It was ok to create a partnership. I dont know if I was blind or what but i swear I did not know that I was responsible. I remember talking to a mod when my partner scammed, who said that this wasnt set in stone, but I was responsible, and that I may have to do the service for him for free, but did not mention I would have to recompensate him.

I am really and honestly sorry for the person who got scammed. But I have never tried to scam anyone. I do however am guilty of making another account while I was banned in those three months. It was me and my brother who were offering dung services, and I thought, that If I let my brother handle this service, it would be alright and he wouldnt get scammed for ban evading. I was stupid enough to let him use my skype, and in retrospect, I realize how naive it was. I was banned later for vading. I know no one beleived me, but I take full responsibility of that action since I should have known better.

But honestly, I have never scammed /abused/hated on anyone. I AM STILL DOING A COUPLE OF ORDERS FOR PEOPLE EVEN AFTER BEING BANNED. Im sure they have more wealth on their account than 3x of mine(since I was cleaned for everything I had) but I have not touched their account, and am still in the process of training it. I have not and will never scam anyone. I will gladly give the person the service for free, during which luke scammed him, but I am not even close to 270M, thus not being able to pay the amount.
Again, Im extremely sorry, that someone got banned, and that my partner was the one to do it, But please do not perma ban me for something I did not commit. I understand that it was my fault, but how can I trust anyone on here, when even someone like Lille_Services, being so highly ranked can scam someone. Its totally my fault, and I agree to it, and will always think twice before I even dream about starting a partnership.

I'm sympathetic but unfortunately you would have to pay back the 270m your partner scammed before we could consider unbanning you

I mean no disrespect for the moderators/admins when i say this, But as I used Lille's example in my previous post, Id like to use one here as well. Failed Pure was Lille's partner for the most part of when Lille ran his/her services. I asked and confirmed from him on skype that he did not have to pay the amount Lille scammed.

I really hate the fact that I cant pay back the money to that guy since 270M is a huge amount for me(being recently hacked). I could confirm this in several ways.

Please re consider, maybe reducing the ban period, since I honestly dont think I should be perma banned for something I dint commit, specially seeing, the rule of Business/Partnership did not exist when we created the partnership. Sorry If im wrong there. But please give me a chance.

The difference with lillie is that his scams were unrelated to the thread he shared with his partner. Your partner (unless I'm mistaken) scammed through the thread that you 2 mutually shared

The person in question did not post on our thread about the service. Im not sure, where he got Luke to do the service from. But him, blaming luke was the first, I ever heard of him, on our thread. You could go back and check that Im not lying(i cant link you to my old thread since im banned. sorry).

Also the rule wasnt in the Rules page on sythe when I partnered up with Luke. Could that not get me a bit of leniency? I really want to get back on sythe, and get back to trading. I might not be the most trusted trader, but I havent ever scammed anyone. neither here, not on MMO, not on powerbot.

I honestly wish I could do something. Please help me out here. Is there no other way I can help out the guy who got scammed? If not in terms of money, then in terms of some sort of service? I cant find him since Im banned, but dont know his skype/MSN etc, so i cant reach him.
