Looking for a Software Engineer to drive the movement forward.

You’ll be a key part of the community.

Work in small, fast, agile situations to create exceptional player experiences and enduring content. The work is challenging, but highly rewarding.

REQUIREMENTS

What you’ll do:

• Develop a server; not necessarily from scratch.
• Build a client; not necessarily from scratch.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team, which will include user experience researchers and designers, product managers, moderators, and other functional specialists
• Achieve technical excellence
• Select and use the right tools, frameworks, languages, and technologies for the job
• Analyze systems to identify technical debt, instability, unreliability, and other opportunities for improvement
• Represent our culture of delivery when interacting with the digital world

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with Java
• Experience with RuneScape
• Experience in hosting
• Creativity
• Proven ability to apply good software engineering principles and practices
• Ability to select and use the best tools for the job
• Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

50% of all proceeds gained from the strategies we implement. This will be paid BEFORE any is taken out for expenses. In other words, big bucks.
The server itself is not intended to be a from-scratch project. Rather, it is intended to be a money-making machine, even if that means using a pre-existing base. Due to COVID being a global pandemic there is a big opportunity that is available.
The environment is the global world itself. Many can develop but few can finance the operation. My goal is to make financing available to someone who couldn't do it their self
