Webpage Building (Model Site)

Hey guys.

Today I was given an opportunity to underwear model for a underwear company called 2(x)ist. 1 of the requirements was to have my own place of fashion pictures and sales, and to obtain 1,000 photo likes per 2 pictures and enough feedback to impress standard level business photographers.

The Job I am looking for is a webpage to be made where I can make portfolios of pictures I have taken where people can comment on them and browse through them and also like them. Im looking for a simple site my budget is about 100-150$. I need someting simple where I can post my pictures and a place for users to chat about the pictures give me feedback and words of encouragement.
