Has anyone completed a Victim Impact Statement?

So long story short, got stabbed 1.5 years ago, there are some pics of the scars floating around the SF if you're curious.

Have to fill out a Victim Impact Statement and I'm having some trouble differentiating 2 of the questions:

I'm getting hung up on the difference between describing my feelings about what happened and describing how it has impacted me, I feel as if they're both similar questions but they're asking for different responses.

    Any help is appreciated.

Question one is asking how you feel, emotionally.
Question two is asking how it has impacted you, physically.

1.) I continuously ask myself why someone would do this to another person - have no regard for ones well being. I feel (Insert name) has no sympathy and is entirely stoic.

2.) Since the incident, I have been unable to work for a week causing me to lose money and lead me unable to pay certain bills. My family has since developed a sense of anxiety towards me and the general public resulting in their fear to go out places. Overall, the crime (Insert name) has committed against me has put an extreme burden over me and my family.

These are just examples I've created to better answer your question.
