    So who's responsible?

There has been a conflict between me and two users.

    Seller A
    Seller B
    Myself

Seller A swapped accounts with seller B, Seller B then sold the account Seller A swapped them to me.

    Later

Seller B recovers the account sold to Seller A, then Seller A recovers the account that Seller B sold to me.

So where am I left in this mess? Seller A knows about the conflict as I confronted them about it, he's in possession of the account now with the money that I paid for the account.

Seller b. If seller a recovered first, it's only natural for seller a to do the same. It isn't his fault that you bought the account. Ask seller a to buy it is all I can say. Can't expect seller a to give you the account. He gets nothing from it.

^ This, Seller B is responsible. General rule of thumb is to only buy accounts from original owners, at least it is for me.

Nonetheless, make a scammer report against Seller B and someone will handle it.

    So who's responsible?

Seller B is reported and banned but I have the MSN screens of Seller A admitting to have the cash from Seller B (the amount I paid for the account in full)

This is how it all came to be in the first place, I reported the Locked account to the original seller seeing as I bought it, so technically I've paid seller A for the account because he has my money.

    So who's responsible?

All money or items need to be returned to the original owners, before the trade happened.
If not, then do a scammer report.
    Simple

If pB scammed pA, then pA scammed you in retaliation, that's scamming.. either way against rules.

    So who's responsible?

Kerokero says that there's nothing criminally alarming in my report.

Yet in reality I was scammed. Kind of bullshit.
