    So Viacom is going to be screwed if they don't sign a deal with TimeWarner.

    If you have TimeWarner, you may lose 17 channels tonight.

    Heres is an alert on the Vh1 website, along with Nick website, Comedy Central, Spike, etc

    Some do, but only if you sign into a contract saying you must. Also, why is this in SFA and not off-topic?

    Other companies are so eager to gain their business that little fees (If they exist) don't matter. They would save money overall as the new company would offer them a/some deal(s).
