RS Account Selling Questions

I don't play RS so I really don't know much about the game. I've found most of what I wanted to know by searching, but here are a few questions I still have. I would greatly appreciate if anyone with the proper knowledge could inform me.

1. How should I create/prepare a new RS account with the intention to sell it?
   I will use a hushmail account that will be given with the RS account. I won't set a bank pin or recovery questions. anything else?
2. I intend to sell accounts with 99 magic and 10 constitution. Will the value of the account increase much with 99 of 1 or 2 non-combat skills as well?
   In other games, if an account is full of great bonuses, then the value the seller receives for each bonus diminishes.
3. As an non-trusted member of Sythe, will I even be able to sell an RS account?
   If I just lower the price, most will think I intend to recover the account.
4. I will use an OMM. Will the OMM help if a payment is fraudulently charged back later?
   Maybe chargebacks are rare with account transactions because the original owner would still be able to attempt to recover the account should the buyer attempt fraud.
5. Last, for new accounts with a trade limit. Is the limit for both outgoing/incoming trades, or can they receive some gold/items to help level quickly?

   ANSWER
   Write down ALL information you add to the account, Creation password, Date, IP, ISP, Time, Email, Recoverys, etc... You get the picture... EVERYTHING

   ANSWER
   The value of the account will increase mainly depending on what is in higher demand, 1 def pure, 99 str pure, mains, etc.... This is more of a personal opinion/clique decision E.G. G-maulers came in style for several months, then died.
   
3. As an non-trusted member of Sythe, will I even be able to sell an RS account?
   ANSWER
   Yes, be sure to let the potential buyer know you WILL/ARE going to use an OMM, etc... (Remember, post count does NOT mean someone is trustworthy. It is simply just a number)
   
4. I will use an OMM. Will the OMM help if a payment is fraudulently charged back later?
   ANSWER
   I am not sure how an OMM handles this, but I am sure that if you ask the OMM you decide to use for your trade, they will answer the question appropriately.
   
5. Last, for new accounts with a trade limit. Is the limit for both outgoing/incoming trades, or can they receive some gold/items to help level quickly?
   ANSWER
   They can receive SOME amounts of cash, but not LARGE amounts. The amount they can receive is typically sufficient enough for the low levels you are training.
