    best strength xp an hour?
    I am 74 81 70 barrows pure and need to get my strength up. I am wondering what is the best monster to kil that has the best xp/drops.

    I hear shadow warriors in the legends guild are great xp.
    you might also just want to try the slayer skill with a slayer helm or black mask for added dmg and variety.

    1def or more 1def chaos druids for cash and xp tbh if just xp al kharid or rockcrabs or just plain sw after 85str. if u want to stake dont do sw cause u need hp :p or just sw for hp after

    for xp wise yaks,ghouls,rockcrabs are all ok
    duno if you can but armoed zomibes are pro for the xp and drops
    other than that id say i duno for making money maybe banshees or somethign else thats dropes herbs maybe chaos druids
