Hey Guys one question, i've set up a paypal because i'm going to start sellling things on here, do i have to verify the account to pay for things? because all i want out of it is other accounts, maybe some gold and memberships, My Parents arnt botherd about me selling stuff, they just dont want to give me my bank details and i dont have a credit card or debit card...so i was hoping maybe i could pay without verifying the account

 

You can send money to other users without getting your PayPal verified if you have choose a country that doesn't require it such as Canadian, Australian accounts. United States accounts do require you to verify to send money, so choose carefully.

You will also not be able to buy membership through through runescape.com, since most sites require you to be verified, you can send money to other Sythe users and buy pins though.

 

P.S. if you decide NOT TO GET CANDIAN/AUSTRILIAN ACCOUNTS you can ALWAYS buy a guide on how to be vertified with PayPal without releasing credit/debit,bank information.
