    Best way for training smithing?

I'm not 100% sure but is training smithing by making mithril bolts any good? i bought enough mith bars until 73smith (im 60 atm - started at lvl 54) and after i get 73 il be moving on to addy bolts. I'll be training with stealing creation hammers at all time. I'm just wondering if there is a better way to go with smithing rather then mith bolts to addy bolts?

What about smithing gold bars with those special gloves?

One of the fastest experience, but costly. Gold ores are around 320 at the moment? You get around 50xp with goldsmithiing gloves. Gold bars are less than 100gp last time i checked, and i doubt they will sell on GE.

I would say either go with making mith bolts ( use morphic hammers if you wish)

Or make gold bars with Goldsmith gauntlets.

You can also make cannonballs for profit, but that's pretty slow :(

Just go make cannonballs, there always in demand, you actually make money, and it's decent experience. That's what I did to get my smithing to 75

    ^Agreed.

I did cannonballs back then. I mined my own steel bars. Time consuming but profitable.

I make gold bars with gold smith gloves, you can get gloves by doing the family crest quest and its pretty cheap
