Anyone remember the good Ol' days?

Anyone remember the good Ol' days when runescape was at its prime had 200k+ players at a time and gold was hard to obtain? Yeah neither do i.

 

Remember when everyone was friendly? :')

The game was worth staying overnight.

You felt as though you were enjoying it, rather than grinding it now.

Those days are long gone...

 

I remember when i found my first rune scimitar at the wilderness i freaked out as in year '05 it was HUGE MONEY for me. At the time i wasnt even able to wield it LOL.

I found this pic on my computer, its from 06 or 07 when I got my first h'ween mask when some guy died to random at fishing guild D).

Never forget the good old days, nothing lasts forever. It's a shame.

 

Some of the best days of my life, literally spent hours upon hours and enjoyed every minute of it. Nothing compares to the old runescape, the adrenaline, community and friendly style of gameplay is ummatched to the current Runescape. Graphics, EoC, gambling etc fucked the game up, not to mention it's run by a bunch of virgin incels.




Go check glassdoor out, majority of the people who worked for Jagex gave it negative reviews. All reviews are conducted by previous employees.

I really enjoyed the old runescape when 1m was worth 2b now.

Don't we all remember it? 2006 runescape > all. It started to properly get ruined about 2009ish, but I reckon it's back to form now, I prefer the EoC RS to the original. :3

 

I really miss the '06 days and '06 bridding itself as a whole. =[

 

I'd give anything to have RuneScape the way it was before the earliest RWT update..

 

This, now people throw money about like it's nothing, I remember taking screenshots whenever I saw someone with rare, it was that much of a big deal. Gold was at like $5/m and I distinctly remember trading a zammy skirt (300k) for a Dharoks axe (2m), I was pimped. Lost it all like a week later, happened every time I got some money together

 

The thing i miss is when people on the game actually acted mature, never cursed and never hated on anyone even if they weren't that good. That's how classic was back in the day. Now the game is just complete crap..
