Yes as the title says is Runescape really finished now...?

 

It's not finished Jagex is just making really gay updates making people quit.

 

my friend said its beyond fixing and that 80% of the people who used to play in the glory days have quit, i still have my acc but the game just seems to... ruined

 

Yes, it is ruined. Go to the "Recent Updates Forums" on Runescape to see a ton of people complaining on how ruined it is haha.

 

It's losing players but it's making more money than ever due to squeal of fortune and that noob's store where you can pay $10 for a kilt or some shit

 

Well if they lose a player base, then they're going get screwed in the long run. I don't see the game lasting too much longer, but then again I said the same thing when they put in the GE.

 

yeah... and that u must be a member to be even registered on highscores so former retired legends arent even shown...

 

what happened do u guys think the change of CEO? changed this I mean what were they thinking over there at Jagex! Runescape used to be so good...

 

Andrew Gower and his brother's vision for the game they designed was game we all loved, since he has been out of the picture, the game was bound to go in a different direction.

 

Updates are horrible. I'm so glad I quit and I have to thank jagex for that

 

Man im so tired of all these "is rs dead/dying" threads.
It's probably going to continue to last because even though everyone hates the updates (or not everyone but a majority) they are too addicted to quit.

No. Just a newer game. People are disappointed with the updates as the game has been "upgraded". I still love RS.

 

Why would it be finished? tousands of ppl are still playing

Yeah, more bots being on the servers + shit updates makin ppl quit rs, basicly the only income jagex makes are off bots and 12 year olds buying squeels with their parents credit cards

 

Runescape will still be alive for a while.

 

With the experience they have, they will always be able to pull something off to bring more players into the game.

 

At this moment what I see is: RS is emptier, everywhere you go you just can see it's emptier than it have used to be. And they made w1 P2P lolz.
