Colorado Rep. Diana DeGette thinks magazines are one time use

Diana DeGette is the lead sponsor in the House of federal legislation to ban "high capacity" magazines. Evidently, she doesn't know magazines are sold separately from bullets, and can be reloaded.

She is now claiming that she misspoke and meant to refer to "clips". Clips are also reusable but they feed ammo into the magazine, they are not attachable "high capacity" ammunition holders.
