    Need help with str training
    Stats:
    75 att
    73 str
    70 def

    Gear

    helm of neiz
    torso
    dh legs
    d scim/ss
    rune def/d square
    rfd gloves

    Where should i train? I dont really want to spend more money on gear so no dharoking ape guards.

    Need help with str training
    Camping at desert bandits in the 3-man house.
    I recommend a bunyip, good armor, and a saradomin sword. Dbaxe spec also helps but lowers defence. Bring noted bunyips, noted summoning potions, and noted food..and plenty of money. You can unnote items in general store. Using this method you can almost 90% AFK bandits for 60k exp/hr
