    okay so i just put a lvl 3 skiller but it got locked. i got it unlocked and it got locked again and got it unlocked again how does he keep getting locked?

    Ok, the previous owner could be trying to recover it?

    Or JaGex have noticed suspicious activity, like the ISP changes, password changes, recovery questions changed and email changing.
