So i sold 1.7B to Food4rs....

So i sold 1.7b to food4rs and they said they sent the payment last night, Ive checked with them two different times and they provided screenshots showing the payment was completed but i never received it into my paypal balance so Im not sure whats up with that or what to do at this point. Originally they said the money was unclaimed but then that it had moved into completed status?

 

Was like $960 in gold and just really don't know what to do at this point...

Im not sure, normally its instant, ive never sold to this site before. Normally i sell to a different one but they were fully stocked, its been around 18 hours now since i sold them the 1.7B though.

 

Just kind of puts me off thinking of losing the 1.7 and not getting the money for it either :/. Quite a bit of gp

 

You see i talked to 2 different support people on there that showed screenshots that it was sent but I really don't know how because my current balance is 0 and it never showed in the transaction page of my account. But the screenshots they showed, showed the payment completed and had said "payment sent to ____" with my name. Not sure if it's a scam or something on paypal's end. Called them today though and they knew nothing about it.

 

I think on some payments, either when you need to convert currencies or on international payments, you need to accept the payment. Might this be the case?

 

This could be possible since I'm from the US, but i've never had to do that before. How would you go about it?

 

It should be pretty clear where to 'accept' or 'decline' the payment, if you cant see anything above your previous transactions log on the normal home page, i doubt that's the case.

 

See i sold to this site because i saw a separate post here before saying they were pretty legit. But I'm starting to feel it may be otherwise. Ill wait a few more hours maybe and look around and see if it happens to come up.

Usually when you need to accept/decline you'll see the transaction and it gives you an accept/decline option before the amount comes to your account. check to see if its appearing there.

 

Hey, you should keep pictures of them acknowledging the fact that you gave them the gold. If you gave them the gold and they acknowledge it, it will be very difficult to get away with any 'scam' or 'error', because if you're telling the truth, you should not be afraid to show any moderator or staff your paypal transactions over screen share or something so it can't be spoofed. Make sure they sent it to the right email as well, and try calling paypal on the phone and seeing if something is wrong with your account that needs to be fixed.

 

Tried calling paypal and they knew nothing of the money, Talked to food4rs support like a 3rd time now to make sure again that it shows it went through. On the screenshot they show me it has the correct name on the paypal account so I can only assume that its the correct email as well. The only thing I can think of is that /Maybe/ its partly due to my account being unverified on paypal so I'm gonna try to get that fixed and see if the money shows up. Kind of out of ideas after that point. If that doesn't work I guess I'm just out my gp and my money.

 

Ask food4rs to screenshot the email. Just because it's the same paypal account name. It doesn't mean it has the same email. My theory is that you either gave them the wrong paypal or they entered the wrong paypal. I addictionally would ask them to screenshot the paypal email or the paypal transaction.

 

Yeah I have a screenshot from them showing it was sent to (my name), with the email as well as the amount, payment type and transaction id. Saying it's completed, yet I haven't received anything in my balance or transaction page. Im wondering if it could be that the paypal account is unverified and maybe the amount sent is over limit? Maybe if I verify it then itll show up. Im really not sure, I guess worst case is I get back ahold of paypal with the transaction id this time. It's midnight where I live currently so itll have to wait til tomorrow.

 

Have you verified your email address I don't think you can receive payments until then
