So I recovered my first acc with yellow phat...

I had an account that got banned 5 years ago (macro major). I did an appeal saying how i am now 5 years older and am completely different person etc. Unbanned within 10 mins. I doubt anyone read it. I think seeing as it was such a long time it just has an auto appeal accept, as for them it's a chance for another £5 a month.

 

try appeal first if not email the jagex parent email

 

Remember.. if you pay them to unban it (If they even give you an option, don't get excited)
They can clear the bank of all items if they want to.

 

You know on the BAR thread, I'm quite sure they still remove stuff. So it might be a risky thing to do.

 

Manuel permanent banns are easily removed. I can Manuel bann myself o.o Just appeal if that does not work call jagex customer service and claim you are the parent of the account owner.

 

Fyi, Jagex can and will make adjustments to your acc, whether it be statwise or item wise, so be careful.
