I did that for a bit on one account but got sick of having only 1 free GE slot.

Hell I did the same thing. I put 1m for a cracker. Who knows someone might slip.
Possibly others out there did the same thing.

 

Even if somebody did slip.
There's probally about 5000+ offers currently in the GE for buying a cracker for MORE than you.
Somebody would have to sell like 5K christmas crackers at once for 1m each for you to even have a chance (Not even 5K crackers left in runescape)
