Is selling CSGO items illegal?

Is selling/buying CSGO items against the rules? Like RWT is illegal or something? Just curious xD

 

I dont belive so? My friend opened a weapon crate and got $30 worth of stuff and sold it on steam market.

It's actually not, when it comes to lets say, RS. Jagex hate rwt duh, but Valve actually recognise it will always be around and so allow it to occur however they won't reimburse any items etc lost by being scammed etc..

It's not ILLEGAL, but I'm sure that it breaks their terms and conditions, which probably means that you will be at risk of having action taken against your account. As for facing and legal issues, there is very little chance of that.

 

I've seen other people selling CSGO items, but you should check their terms and conditions to make sure.

Not illegal, but against ToS - so they can take action against you if they wish but law enforrcement can't.
