    So how do I use a dynamic IP..?
    Well I'm trying to get a few extra auth's on a RSPS and I checked to see if I do have an dynamic IP and it says I do but when I try to vote twice it doesn't allow it? How can I fix this? :S

    Dynamic IP only changes your ip slightly, it doesn't give you an ip from a different country. What you are looking for is a proxy.

    You will need a VPN or a proxy to do what you are talking about.

    Unplug your modem for a few hours then plug it back in.

    Some of ISP's does not change your IP within a week or so, even if you have a dynamic IP. So in this case you will need a proxifier and good proxy service.

    Your private IP is probably dynamic, I doubt your public IP is dynamic.

    Change your WAN Mac Address and you'll get a new IP from your ISP.
