svu scam

3-4 days ago i payed for ssgp but the guy hasnt given it yet, his banned atm and he was svu, can i chargeback since he hasnt given my ssgp yet? i payed quite alot and all he keeps claiming is that his laptop isnt working, i thought svu's showed they are trustworthy and loyal, thank the guy for making me believe that svu's are also scammers, anyway i can chargheback?

 

U can ask an admin for his phone number and call him.

 

If that was reason of his ban and you reported him, feel free to charge payment back

 

You can only chargeback if he didn't give you the gold. If you chargeback and he reports you in the dispute section with proof that he gave you the gold and you'll get banned. Also SVU users aren't anymore trusted than non SVU users for future reference.

If you've reported him you can chargeback without the risk of being banned.

 

If you've made repeated attempts to contact them then let the staff know BEFORE you chargeback. You should be fine, but it is best to let them know beforehand what's going on.

 

Just letting you know that he can call paypal saying he did pay you as they don't cover virtual/intangible goods.

Make a report (www.sythe.org/report-scammer) and if he gets banned you can chargeback. Also, contact Matthew or Sythe for his SVU info (name, phone etc).

 

SVU just means that you've confirmed a phone number to your sythe account, anyone with an intention to scam would use a phone they're going to dispose of anyways. The two-way verification hasn't made a huge difference anyways, only trust people based on their vouches and quality of vouches.

 

If he's banned and you can prove he scammed you then post a thread in reports or notify a specifically involved staff member (one involved in banning him or looking into it) that you'll be charging the money back (after they confirmed the report is valid evidence). Hopefully you'll win the dispute, if not he'll have to pay you back if he ever wishes to return (given you've presented full evidence to prove he scammed you).
