Well I am making this final dispute now.

Your dispute is rather unnecessary. Whatever decision is made with regards to Tengauge will be the same for you.

And whether you saw it in "wow/Aion/Steam" if irrelevant, since I know you use the RS market too. Moreover, even if you didn't know better (which is no excuse anyway), your cousin damn well should have as a former Market Mod.

The original ban was issued pending further investigation, both for the misleading/potentially false vouches, and for the possibility that you were an accessory to your cousin's scam.

In the course of the investigation, your ban reason changed as my understanding of the events evolved - and as the divergent logs emerged between you and Reg. Even so, the change is minor: the charge of misleading/potentially false vouches remains, there is an additional charge of faked evidence, and if not knowing involvement in the scam, involvement in the coverup of it. Thus, for the most part, the ban reason hasn't changed. I've merely had to explain it 30 different ways as you seem to have trouble understanding.

The problem is that you don't fucking read. Your ban reason has never been "for paying off Reg". I only said that Reg's claim has to be considered in light of the fact that he has every reason to lie, and no reason not to - be it out of gratitude, bribery, or the fear of payment reversal. As he is already banned for evasion, he has no reason not to go along with any story you tell. He only wanted his money, and now he has it.

What's more important is the fact that Bewood faked proof in your defense. That means his claim is invalid. The reality is, if Bewood edited the screenshots Reg had posted too, they should have shared the same faults. The fact that they don't has to be noted as significant.

Why am I dealing with the dispute? Because I'm the one who spent the time talking to both you and Reg during and after the ban.

Edit: Also, as I've already explained to you, I hid your logs because you
supposedly posted a convo in which a Jagex mod gave you someone else's RS password. On the assumption that you didn't want him to be bombarded with adds from Sythe, I decided it would be kinder to hide his MSN.

Ok so my ban is either between the following:
misleading
potentially false vouches
Scamming

My Arguements:

Misleading - I never lied nor mislead anybody. Even so if he is my cousin only reason I use him for a middleman is because of all the vouches and trust he had. After all of this happened, I asked Tengauge about telling him were "NOT Cousins" as I saw the thread where regulation posted a picture of that.

He stated "I did tell him we were cousins, I never told him we were not cousins?"

Potentially false vouches -

Look at those vouches, Every one I ever vouched for him on was through services and visa versa, He has pictures up, That should take care of that situation.

Scamming -
I NEVER scammed Regulation.

He stated:

First of all, I faked the proof to get you banned, because I know if I just supplied the proof I had that my report would of been thrown out.

Last time I checked you have LOCKED the account, only the original owner can Lock accounts, so whoever wants proof just check on his account in the recovery section of RS, it still should be locked unless he unlocked it by now.

First off RIGHT THERE he is admitting that he had fake pictures.

I would like to say something on that as well "I NEVER TOOK THE ACCOUNT BACK AFTER I GAVE YOU ALL THE INFORMATION I DELETED IT, THEN LATER YOU ASKED ME ABOUT THE PIN I HAD WHICH I TOLD DURING THE TRADE I HAD FOR HIM, I SEARCHED AND FOUND 3-4 VITAL INFORMATION FOR HIM"

I have NEVER had an account locked, I have no IDEA how to get them unlocked? ONLY reason I ever heard of an account getting locked is if someone or two people recover using the same exact details constantly? Other then that, THATS All I know..

I'm tired of being accused as a scammer when I AM NOT.

Sin I cannot find the thread but you said something along the lines as:
There was a situation identical along the lines.

And I stated, IF YOU READ THE THREAD On that situation, Everything of mine got hacked, Due to something, I even had to reformat, After I got everything back running, Blue gave me all the information, I recovered gave him the account back, He even thanked me in that thread. Issue was resolved.

Sin you went from Saying I was Capable of scamming to "ASSUMING" I did. By saying "Your cousins scam" to tengauge and ect.

I am just saying, What am I banned from?
That is all the proof I have?

I said it and I will say it again, IF I KNEW it was my fault about the account, I WOULD REFUND. He refused to let me help him by not giving me the information. If he woulda been more willing, I would have helped him.

If its about scamming, There is NO PROOF on that subject there is no possible way to tell that HE DOES NOT HAVE THE ACCOUNT which In my mind I still believe he does. And if he doesn't Why in the hell not let me try to help him get it back, Nothing of mine has come up missing nor anything so why would I believe its my fault it got stolen "IF IT DID"

I have had nothing to do with pictures of proof, I said in the beginning I had no pictures of the conversation. I have been trying to keep up with everything but its difficult and yes I can understand all the controversy in the matter, BUT sin you said that he was banned for ban evading, he admits to having it faked, If to have tengauge12 unbanned then why post shit about me? as he did in the last thread (Please note to every admin why let threads in that have nothing to do about getting unbanned) Which I can partially see why because it is involved in this.

I am sure that people can edit pictures and make them flawless? Maybe? Idk i never tried, but just say why would he constantly come here to try to get tengauge12 unbanned but not me, Yet you stated your decision on tengauge12 is with me?

Please overlook everything, I WILL NOT POST NO MORE DISPUTES if this gets settled.

I may as well post my argument in the SL here:

Following is supposed to be the "real convo" that Reg had with Tengauge, which he sent to Bewood for editing. In red are the lines that are contested: everything else is agreed upon by all traders.

There are a few technical problems, in particular with the spacing between words, that I called Bewood out on. After much pressing, he finally confessed that he did forge it, but only because he "lost the original," and knew his proof couldn't stand without it. Nevertheless, he maintained everything else was real.

Not so.

In particular:

Regulation supposedly asks Bewood to, "edit where he says he knows cloudsword and that they're cousins." That seems all fine and dandy, given that in Bewood's forgery of the original, Tengauge appears to say, "He is my cousin so I think I would know."

But Tengauge never said that. Not even according to Tengauge, who provided the following in his logs:

In the same line where Bewood has Tengauge acknowledging that they're cousins, Tengauge has only, "I will help you if something REALLY goes wrong, but I can assure you it will not." That's right: there's no line about cousins for Bewood to edit. It only exists in his own forged interpretation of what was said. Therefore, the whole thing between Bewood and Reg is fake.

As proved above, the convo didn't happen - at least not as stated - and the fact that Reg is saying it did is concerning. I don't know if it's you or Tengauge, but one of you got to them.

I have posted the evidence for staff review, and the issue is closed. You and Tengauge will remain banned.

As an aside: Bewood sucks at faking evidence.
