What are you talking about? Your msn on both, you called him a scammer and said he declined trade, yet says accepted.

I'm just going to go ahead and let you know that they're more likely to side with him. Reasons why?

#1 Your video is of chat logs. They don't accept chat logs as evidence, as they're easy to fake.
#2 He has seemingly actual evidence. He has screen shots of the actual MSN conversation and of the trade.

Whether or not he's a ban evader doesn't give you the right to scam him (if you did). If he is indeed a ban evader, he will most likely be banned. If staff finds that you indeed scammed him, you will also most likely be banned.

Just a heads up.

EDIT: Also it's a little suspicious that you didn't just record the actual MSN conversation window. You had the opportunity when he told you that he was going to get you banned anyways. Just kind of suspicious seeing as your last video of an MSN conversation was of the actual MSN conversation window.

How does what I just said make no sense? You obviously don't know the difference between a chat log and the actual MSN conversation. Chat logs are what you recorded. The actual MSN conversation is provided via screen shots in his scam report. And videos are faked all the time, to believe otherwise is ignorant. You could have made a fake chat log and recorded that. GG. And try using proper English next time. I'm not even English and I still use it.

EDIT: Also there's a discrepancy in your MSN names and times between both accounts of the conversation.
