Pretty simple: I just tried to do a steam account deal with him - he failed to hold up his end of the bargain and proceeded to log off.

Briefly explain the trade: Supposed to be a 5 digit account with 42 games for $25
How they scammed: Gave him the $25, but he never gave account info.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: He is a member from 2010...?

Full convo was C&Ped in the first download, and the end part of the convo is visible in the Trade SS - as well as Time of the event. Appologies for not getting an MSN SS, but I used Trillian instead.
