I really like this template because it is plain, but you should add some Halo characters in the background nearly fading away.
That would look really neat.

Ok, There are some improvements that I can help you with on this site, they are very simple & All list some,

- Near-Transperent Halo Character in the background,
- The top banner that is gray should have some lighter gray lines cutting in a diagnal just to fill it in,
