My bestfriend is a lawyer for cybersecurity, I reached out to him yesterday about this. He has informed me about 18 USC 1030, which if we wanted, we can file a class action lawsuit against Denis Chavez, if we can find out more about his info; given the amount of money he has stolen. He believes that there is a case here, especially the $6k stolen via BTC. Please let me know if anyone else is onboard.
