I can see it's him as his name is linked to the Sythe Discord in your proofs as well as all the other information you posted matches up, therefore I've issued a DNT onto him for now. @Sneaky Would you like to make things right?

He claimed his account was hacked to me as well. Regardless he's liable for debts on his account due to it being compromised as he claims. As he isn't able to refund he'll be banned for 3 months + keep a DNT. This will be looked into more once/if he refunds and disputes. Sorry for your loss @fuhkboi.
