    He claimed his account was hacked to me as well. Regardless he's liable for debts on his account due to it being compromised as he claims. As he isn't able to refund he'll be banned for 3 months + keep a DNT. This will be looked into more once/if he refunds and disputes. Sorry for your loss @fuhkboi.
