How to play Clock's-Coldplay on the piano

    ~Coldplay-Clock's Piano Guide~
Hi everyone. This guide is going to explain to you how to play the main riff in the song Clock's by Coldplay. It's a very well known song and many of you will recognize it. This guide will cover the chords as well right hand section.

This is the video for the real song. Listening to it will help you play the song and get a feel for how it should sound.

    1)The Chord's
This is probably the easiest part of the song to get right. There are 3 chord's involved and although I am not sure of the name's (I'm more of an active musician, the theory is in all honesty, incredibly boring and complex) they are nice and easy to play. Here are the chord's in order of appearance:

This next short video will show you the beat that you need to play the chords to. It is fairly easy to do but you will need practice before you can do it properly with both sections.

I will divide the song into section's, each consisting of three beats. In the video posted above it show's the right rhythm and each group of 3 beats you hear on that will be equivalent to one section.

1.Section 1: This consists of the first chord being played 3 times, in time with the rhythm.

2.Section 2: This consists of the second chord being played for 2 sections. You will play the chord a total of 6 times in time with the rhythm.

3.Section 3: This consists of the third chord being played 3 times, in time with the rhythm.

That basically concludes the chord part of the song.

    2) The Riff
This part is very easy. It is basically just the chord's in a broken down form. Instead of playing all of the keys at once you play them one at a time to a slightly different beat.I cant really explain how to play this part very well but after listening to the song then you will be able to more or less make sense of what I have explained to you.

Thank you for reading my guide. Please rate it out of 10 and also give me some feedback as to what I could improve.
