Admits he essentially stole an account from an account dump (basically a list of accounts dumped by someone after they've been cleaned, obtained via various hacking methods/phishing) and is now selling the account.
Also claims it can't be recovered, this is false. Could still be recovered by the original owner as well as himself which wouldn't be far fetched since he has another recovery accusation against him which is probably valid.
