Smurfowniaz is a scammer

Explanation of the trade:
Searched for a smurf and his 100k ip smurf was the one that I bought.
He sold it trough a website Selly: https://selly.gg/@LoLSmoorfs
You could see the accounts he was selling and the stock of it.
I bought the 100k ip with bitcoins and it should send an instand delivery off the account to my email.
I just recieved an email that the accounts werent in stock that he would deliver the account manualy to me and I needed to contact him.
After that I contacted him and he said that Selly had a bug and he would send it to me manualy after I sended the payment details to him. (so he doesnt send the account to the wrong person thats what he said).
After more then 24hours of waiting for an instand delivery account I make this report.
