SMS/Text Message Spammer

Can anyone get me a SMS/Text Message spammer?
Wether it be a basic version that can only send 10 - 50 texts, or unlimited at a time.

If there is a country restriction, i prefer United States.

I don't care if it's a RAR or ZIP file, but i prefer ZIP.

Please make sure it isn't infected or else my computer won't even let me download it because of my anti-virus program.
