Surround Sound's ban - Banned by Unb4nned

I recently got banned by Unbanned for scamming. This is the thread in which I was accused of scamming; http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=726385.

Grave accuses me of scamming, because he bought my guide and due to the fact that too many people bought it, it has ceased to work at full efficiency. I'd like to mention that that guide was VERIFIED by a moderator, and over 20 people bought it without one complaint. The next couple of people ('Tvain' and 'xi momo xi') noticed that for them, it had stopped working at the rates I mentioned. I looked into it and contacted them and they received the new guide for free. They were happy with the guide, and they told me that they have started to use it now.

Onto grave's case. He bought the guide from me and was one of the people who reported it didn't work. I said I would try to work on a revised version in-between my exams. I couldn't get around to it, so I wrote a new guide, which I thought would satisfy him and get me some more customers. I sent him the guide upon request, and he received it and read it. He hasn't actually tested it yet, so I don't know how he could have known it doesn't make 1M in an hour. I might mention another 8 customers bought it and were happy with it, the vouches are in my thread. He has proceeded to report me and Unb4nned has decided it was sufficient evidence to ban me. Although, I think there was not sufficient evidence, but grave is a very trusted person here in this community. Unb4nned gave grave the benefit of the doubt, and banned me. Please post here Unb4nned telling me on what grounds you banned me.

I have also mentioned to grave that he link me to the video/text guides where my guide was leaked. He was unable to do so.

I have just talked to grave and he has agreed to test it FOR THE FIRST TIME tomorrow. You could at least unban me until he has posted the test results. If he doesn't make 1M in an hour, I'll take the ban and quit sythe. I'll also refund grave out of goodwill if it doesn't work.
