Is it good to do this over night?

How long should i use it?

What exactly does the millisecond thing do and what should it be set at for high alching.

It works great!
Well the Milliseconds are added to the main interval.
Say that you have set the interval at 2 seconds and the extra millisecond to 1300.
Then you will click in a range of 0.7 seconds till 3.3 seconds, Completly random That is the great thing about it!
And I don't know how long you can use it.. The longest I used is for about 2-3 hours and it worked fine.
Btw what are you using it for?
I am using it for alching.

Well I asked WoW_Sucks at what he set it and it was at 1700. And he trained his mage till 85 with it!

It works great with like 1550 or soemthing but i got banned for it they see it very fast at fagex
