QwickieStop scammed me!

Briefly explain the trade:we agreed to go 50/50 for a total price of 8m,i gave him 4m first i told him to make me member he said i have the upgrade ready and im at the final page now give me the other 4m(watch vid)

after 2hrs of arguing i decide to give him another 4m...so he makes me member but he doesnt and deletes me off skype

this is the 2nd time ive been scammed in less than 2 weeks...

I've banned him. It doesn't looked like he has blocked you on Skype though, so if he does end up refunding you at some point please contact me and I will put in a request for his unban.
