(With ancients, only needed for some accounts but 92+ still needed)

1+ Summoning (war tort etc will decrease price)
Attack/strength does not matter
Overloads will decrease price
52+ Prayer (Soul split will decrease price)
Chaotic rapier/ccb/shields are not needed (but helpful and will decrease price)
Storm of armadyl will decrease price if you have soul split as well
