Where is the best way to splash fire bolt in PVP worlds?

As long as you grab enough runes and hopefully don't get interrupted by a bond it can be possibly anywhere, as long as the monsters are at a relative low level. Some of my favorites are the Chicken coop in Canifis and goblins in Draynor. Goodluck with your splashing!

 

Well, it doesn't really matter If I die when my runes run out because theres nothing to lose. The smoke staff gets protected right?

 

I tried splashing in lumby spiders, but I dont have the quest done to unlock the bank. Will randoms still appear if I stand next to the would-be bank?

 

Don't worry about the randoms, they can't harm you. Quie along time ago there was an update stopping random events from harming or attacking you so don't worry about that.

 

Pretty sure there is a random event that can kill you. It was the one with the dwarf.

 

There are no randoms in PVP worlds. I'm pretty sure the spot next to the chest is a safe zone even if you haven't started RFD.

 

The staff actually has a very low alch value and can be protected over by rune somtimes

 

Even in f2p worlds.

 

For people that still don't know, bonds can be used on other player which stalls the player from splashing, turning aid off doesn't help either.
If you're a main you can splash on dwarfs or gnomes in any world, simply wear ring of life you don't feel safe.

Find a friend or make another account and splash on each other in the clan wars white portal.
