User Term(s) & Service(s) Agreement said:

â€¢ User must accept the â€˜User Terms & Service(s) Agreement) fully. If failed, I (ColdReez), reserve the right to decline any orders made.
â€¢ Users must agree to not login to the account without being instructed to do so while the service is being completed.
â€¢ Users are encouraged to politely ask about the progress of the service in order to keep a good communicative relationship between the service provider and service receiver.
â€¢ Users must remain diligent & patient throughout the process of the service. If users fail to do so, I (ColdReez), reserve the right to decline / cancel any services made at YOUR expense.
â€¢ Users must accept being digitally logged (Fraps / Print Screen) throughout the process as a form of evidence in case of failure to fulfill part of agreement. If service runs smoothly, footage / images will be permanently deleted.
â€¢ Users should note that failure to comply with the ' User Terms & Services Agreement ' will result in cancellation of the service and the user will have to still fulfill his side of the agreement. (For instance, I leveled the skill 3 levels for 500,000 RSGP / level and you wanted me to level the account 10 skill levels. You decided to break an agreement. You will have to pay me for the 3 skills that have been leveled, regardless of XP amount required, et cetera.

this special does not apply for skill levels of 92 and above. skill levels of 92 and above will recieve 1 free level for every 5 levels achieved.
