smarty93 TWC or ban

Smarty93 is selling an account that he has already sold to coltton95. He made two threads selling the account. I don't have the original of him selling the account to coltton95 but I do have this current one http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1217488 and the one of coltton95 confronting him kind of here http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1218300&page=2 They also vouched for each other both acknowledging that coltton95 bought the account.
