    Hello, everyone, I am studying yoga,now I just wacthed the videos on computer, and I fund that it is kinda hard for me,I cant follow it. So any good suggestion about good video for novice ?:idea: Thank you for your time!:)

    You could always try taking a class or something. If you're having trouble following video's it will be even harder following advice from people on sythe xP!

    Haha, thank you for your suggestion, but I do not want to take a class, I dont have have money ;p And I wish the ppl on sythe will give me some good advices lol

    There are some awesome ebooks that will teach you some proper ways, and you do them outside so its free. I will PM you later today if I find them.

    Damn I love yoga.

    But it's so freaking necessary to do it in the morning, relaxes me so much.

    Got no advice for you atm, just keep it up and practice

    Haha, I am glad to hear that you love it aswell, but now,i just do it in evening, I need to work on daytime, so is it good for night?:)

    Yeah, I totally agree with you, but my suppleness is not so well, so some action I cant to do :( But it's still good after finishing it:)

    Hi, you know someone told me about P90X, the training skills, I did it yesterday, it is really good, I thought it is not that hard at first, but when I began to do it, I cant follow them lol. Recommend to you this !:)

    Lol, I've heard of P90X as well and a few friends I know have tried it. It's a workout regime but not sure if it involves yoga lol xD

    Haha, it involves, like stretch, it is good, you know I cant touch my foot when my legs are close together lol. And I can study another thing from it :)
