Sorry if this is a stupid question but, could you possibly elaborate more on the skill of 'advertising' ? What exactly are you expecting them to do?
Make/Create videos? Find sponsors and connections? Post on forums ?

Sorry for these questions, I'm interested but Im just looking to see if I meet your standards

[Chaseolio]

^Drive legitimate traffic to the site by all means you've mentioned.

The pay for that would probably be commission based.

I can get you in contact with Dialatic if you want. He does a pretty good job with this sort of stuff.

[Johnsonman]

I am pretty good at getting people to certain sites, add me on skype: Phat.is.hawt

[0r0m]

I can get you tons of back links for free, I can't be dedicated though as I don't stick around for too long!

[SmokeHut]

I could be involved in the back end server side programming for the website. I don't have the time for the front end. Let me know if you're interested.

[Eru]

I can create a website design.

Gahh.. I would love to assist but I don't think I meet your standards (considering that I don't think i have connections). If theres anything else that I can do to help, let me know
