Small Team For Web Based Game [UNPAID AT START]

I'm looking to put together a small team to build and develop a small web based game. I'm thinking something text based or simple web. Nothing to big, but engaging and fun that can generate a following.

I have no programming experience (aside from a little bit of HTML, PHP, etc.), so I'm looking for anyone interested in constructing the game.

No pay at first, but this is a rev share project, and I have many tools that we can utilize to build the game (servers, databases, and more).

I have isometric simulation game ideas, text based MMOs, and more. But I want to build a team and brainstorm more ideas and features to get a solid project going.
