DNS expansion

I think it'd be good to add reasons for why something is not to be suggested. It'll help newcomers, and sometimes even 'oldfags' so they know why not to suggest things. Doing this would not take longer than 15 minutes, but will provide more insight for people, and will probably clarify the issue. Reasons could be because either things would go out of hand (which the suggester can then attempt to find a solution for) or simply because this vB is outdated. I think it'll make a difference, and it certainly won't do any harm.

No suggesting ranks.. Everyone would ask for their own rank etc.

 

You're totally right. But I was pointing at the non-obvious ones. Why can't you trade bot authentication codes? Why can't you suggest a thank system? Those things could bekind of fun/profitable, but why not?

 

I don't think they require a reason, the decisions are final. Nothing further.

 

True, but I think a reason would also enhance the 'DNS' feeling. I often see Rep systems, or things which are alike. A reason would enhance the 'no-go' feeling.

Sorry, I feel like responding a lot on this thread.

 

I support this, this would also help in cases were an item on the DNS list needs to be amended. There is no reason why it wouldn't help and or shouldn't be done.
