I was browsing the donation centre when I noticed this, it's pretty obvious but probably easy to fix.
On the bottom left of the page.
In short, the date is out by one year, not a huge issue I know but it does look more formal and professional if it's on the current year. Not to mention it shouldn't really take more than two minutes to fix.
