I play halo on 2 sensitivity, with ten I can spin in circles VERY fast. People play on lower sensitivity so that their gun is more steady.

can you explain this in a way that doesn't sound like bullshit? I'd be interested if it had varying speeds and acceleration, similar to mouse movement.

 

Controllers like to become all messed up after you use them a lot. I had a controller... it was my favorite but it began to get slow and made turning almost impossible so i stopped using it. idk if this product works to solve that, but controllers getting slow IS a problem.

 

No slow only affects controllers that are wired, but it affects most of them. It slows your controller down while looking in one specific direction (due to a shoddy build on microsofts part). There are free guides around to fix the problem.
