invalid report

I was reading dispute Yanlili Big Naughty and it reminded me of an issue I experienced with PlayerAuctions several years ago. I purchased an item from @Searchy but since @Searchy did not want to honor the price he had listed he canceled the order. When PlayerAuctions sent me my refund not only did they send me less BTC than I spent, but BTC had also risen 5% during the time between me paying and me getting refunded. Instead of taking a fee out of @Searchy and sending me the exact amount paid, they made me pay the fee for my own refund. I attempted to bring this to the attention of their COO over linkedin https://i.imgur.com/sSg4TMu.png but the issue was ignored. I would be happy to verify the linkedin messages and provide unredacted images but I dont know if I would be able to verify the BTC amounts sent any longer. @PlayerAuctions owes me either $16 or 0.0045 BTC ( the exact BTC amount they failed to refund me)

Thankfully the photos also show the price per coin so nobody has to go looking. Also it makes the math really easy to figure out I got shorted.

To reiterate: The purchase was for $799. PlayerAuctions charged me $831 (so $32 in fees) and then only refunded me $814.
