Smite Services - Unprofessional service, poor communication, Worst experience ever

On Tuesday, September 23rd 2025, I requested design services from @Smite Service . We agreed that the delivery would be completed within two days, but this was not fulfilled. However, the delay was not the only issue.

When I later worked with another service provider, I noticed a significant difference in professionalism. The other provider consulted me at every step, unlike @Smite Service. He simply delivered the final designs as if they were non-negotiable and imposed on me. The only questions he asked were, "What is your server name?" and "What colors should I use?" After that, he proceeded with the execution without any further consultation.

Despite this, I accepted the work, which was delivered on Thursday, October 2nd 2025. I encountered problems while uploading the images to the sythe. I contacted him to request fixes, but as shown in the attached evidence submitted with this complaint, I have received no response to this day.

I demand a full refund. I do not wish to deal with him again.

So reporting me is a trend nowadays!
First of all, you got your bundle already and you were satisifed. You didn't say anything about it, you just liked it.

2nd, When I delayed it I had my reasons and you seemed ok about it!



3rd, You said you encountered problems while uploading. that's not my problem, it's yours.
You just don't have the experience to deal with images, you just dont know where to upload it, you could have just asked for it 1 more time or mentioning me again wouldn't be a problem for you.

So sythe mods, those people are mostly looking to get a refund after getting their work done and finished.
He's making a false report and this should be the results



I'm ready to give access to any of sythe mods to check the case themselves.

Regarding the work you mentioned, it is documented in the submitted complaint: I asked you to resize the image so I could use it, but you never replied to me until today. The issue has been ongoing for 15 days, which forced me to use another designer. I will not halt my work or my life waiting for your response.

This is your job, and you should be fully available to handle customer requests. If you are not available, then why do you accept orders? Did you think I would just wait more than 15 days for you to solve my problem?

Also attached is evidence of how you delayed the work from the start: You initially told me it would take two days, but in the end, it took around 10 days. Did you only say "two days" at the beginning to secure the payment, and then start making excuses and delaying the work?

This is a clear attempt to scam back payment after receiving completed and approved work needing only resizes during a time of unavailability.
Work was delivered and accepted - Customer received their full bundle on October 2nd. No complaints, no revision requests, just approval.
"Uploading problems" are not service issues.
I was unavailable due to unforeseen life events for edits after work delivered - I was dealing with personal emergencies that took me away from work. The customer messaged during this period and didn't receive an immediate response.
I'm available now and willing to help - I can resize any images needed for Sythe upload right now. This is a 5-minute fix, not grounds for a $125 refund.
The customer is trying to get free work by claiming "poor service" over:
Not getting responses during my personal emergency
Needing a basic resize (which I'm happy to provide)
Comparing my process to another designer (irrelevant - they received quality work with minimal input on their end, what they wanted and what they paid for)
My offer: I will resize the images to whatever dimensions Sythe requires. But I will not refund completed, accepted work because the customer doesn't know how to upload files to a website.
Mods - please check the evidence: The customer approved everything, used the work, and only now wants money back because of potential to get money back with ongoing controversies I have been working rigorously to clear up that occurred during my absence.
This dispute should be closed. Work was delivered, accepted, and the only issue is a resize request I'm ready to handle immediately.

 

I don't want any fixes from you. I don't care about your reasons for not responding or being available to work—especially since I could see you active and talking in the server. Your lack of response and the delays forced me to work with someone else, and I ended up completely replacing all the graphics. This cost me a lot, and now you claim you're available for revisions? You only replied once you saw the complaint filed against you. Don’t act like you’re trying to help now—and don’t think we’re fools.

I didn't notice his message and there is no intentions to ignore him or to leave him like that, my server has a lot of tickets, and a lot of tickets within the graphics section and It was literally ok to spam mentioning me to get his footage resized, which would have taken me 2 minutes to make him his request, as he said It wasn't something big, It was just the avatar resizing, which takes 2 minutes to search on google about resizing the images!!!

I will also answer the first question you asking him about, why did it take him so long to make the report? Because he already used the gfx, he used it all over his server, he asked for something and I did it perfectly.
Then he started using it on sythe on the 28th of Oct, and I was on vacation and had no access to my pc, that's why I couldn't do his request.

 

You didn't tell me you'd be away, or that you were taking time off. Let's say you had an emergency like you claim. Did it really take 15 days? You didn't even open your phone once to check on your server? And you say you didn't notice the notification because there are many in the department? Seriously? Weren't there at least 2 alerts specifically mentioning it?

 

He's already still using it





Also, I'm ready to give you full access to the ticket to check out his satisifcation about the job, I also gave him a discord banner for free, as he didn't know that there is a difference between the ads banner and the discord server banner, I'm ready to give access whenever any sythe mod asks me to do!

Do you even know what my complaint is about, or are you just clueless? Yes, I would like a manager or someone in charge to look into the ticket and verify what happened.

The reason for my complaint is that I came to you with a problem I was having while uploading images to the sythe. There were issues with the image, and I needed you to fix it. You left me waiting for 15 days without a single reply, until I finally filed a complaint against you.

You claim you had an emergency and weren't available. That's not my problem. I am not your supervisor, responsible for accommodating your personal issues. Like I said, because you didn't respond, I ended up changing all the graphics.

And to be perfectly honest, I never believed your excuse for a second. If you are planning a global war, it will not take that long

This is what he requested after 26 Days of receiving the full package, just simple resize through an online website that could have taken him 1 minute only to do!
This report is far beyond that, he's just assuming that I'm scamming, I will respect you the mod said!
