There's no difference for me, it's always whatever my favorite songs are at the moment, and now it is Day In, Day Out by Streetlight Manifesto.

I think this guitar only cover is really good too, for those who can't bear the quality in the top video or the horns:

I personally listen to Hitler's totalitarian and militarist speeches when I workout.

Anything by SLAYER works for me. Also, I find southern rock good for working out as well (if you don't know southern rock, find bands about drinking whiskey and being cowboys and hackin' dar, like The Holly Springs Disaster, Straight Reads The Line, Dead & Divine, and The Fortunate).

    Thanks for all suggestions.
    Appreciate all so far.
    Feedback:

PurPwnage, Not my thing i'm sorry.

Walk on home, added raining blood. Any specific songs from them that do a good job?

Faculty3000, ive added some techno to my playlist, mostly ministry of sound, up beat songs.

Brandeis, if that was an attempt to be funny, i'm worried about your soul. If not, im still worried about your soul, although, I do understand why you listen as they are some-what empowering.

'I like to Move it' by ... 90s rock jams?
    'Sandstorm' by Darude

Personally for me I listen to military cadences while running. Keeps me at a perfect pace and I can go long distance, 5-8 miles, without stopping.

For SLAYER...I'd say Raining Blood (of course), Angel Of Death, War Ensemble, Bloodline, Dead Skin Mask, Disciple, Hell Awaits, and Die By The Sword.
