Slick1h scammed me on steam account sale

Briefly explain the trade: I agreed to buy his 4 digit steam account. We spoke on steam and I sent him the money via paypal.

How they scammed: I sent him the money he said he got it then logged off steam. I emailed him 3 times and sent him a PM and posted in his post and he has ignored everything.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: We spoke on the steam account he was selling.
